Labcase manufactures both flush and recessed service plates. The plates are manufactured from either 1/8” thick aluminum plates or 14 to 11 gauge stainless steel plates. Typical finish on the stainless steel model is a #4 finish. The plates are customized to the customers needs. All plates are laser cut for an accurate and clean finish. The plates simply drop into a standard suspended ceiling grid. But as mentioned custom sizes are not a problem if required.
The hidden or recessed ceiling drop system uses the drop in tile system. The recessed ½ boxes are manufactured from the same materials and are typically recessed 6”. The recessed look allows for cleaner site lines while still allowing for direct access to your plumbing, data, and electrical needs. These systems are also offered with slide out covers to conceal ports when not in use. Consult with our engineering group for further details.
