EKO Table Systems
EKO table systems are a bolt together table system manufactured from steel or stainless steel. The tables are manufactured in steel with a chemical resistant powder coat finish or type 304 stainless steel with a number 4 brushed finish. Hardware is included with each table. The tables are light duty and standard duty assemblies. Tables are either static or mobile type with a choice in leveling pads and casters. Legs can also come in adjustable height configurations manual or auto lift systems available.
Work surfaces for the tables include stainless steel, epoxy resin, phenolic resin, plastic, and laminate. Standard work surface thickness is 1” unless specified. As with all our products modifications can be made contact your dealer or Labcase Inc. to complete your special order.
Shelving and Standards
Labcase offers an array of shelving systems from carbon steel powder coated to polished stainless steel components. Steel components are manufactured from 16 to 14 gauge steel for long term strength and durability. These products can be used with other materials for shelves such as epoxy, wood laminate, phenolic, stainless steel, chromed wire, and plastics.
The wall standards come in lengths of 24” up to 96” with a single or double slot. All standards are pierced and countersunk for wall mounting with #10 or larger screws. Always secure the wall standard into a stud or backing plate for maximum strength.
Hanger or shelf support brackets come in varies configurations and depths. The most common hanger is the bookend type. This type comes in depths of 6” up to 24”, this hanger is formed in pairs and can carry all the materials listed above for shelving.
The next hanger bracket is gravity feed type typically used with a steel or stainless steel shelf.
The next shelf is the standard support or conforms under the shelf body.
Here are a few of the shelf and standard components we offer.
- Gravity feed shelf with add on clip in shelf dividers powder coated steel or stainless steel.
- Standard either stainless steel or powder coated steel with double slots 24” up to 96”.
- Standard same as above accept single slot.
- Standard hanger shelf bracket mounted under flat shelf either powder coated steel or stainless steel this comes in depths of 6” to 18”.
- Hanger bracket for flat shelves manufactured from steel or stainless steel in depths of 6” to 24”.
- Standard shelf with integrated sides formed and pierced to mount flat against a wall or bench system designed to accept mounting hardware. Depths ranging from 10” up to 18”.
- Flat shelf formed to accept standard hanger brackets manufactured from steel powder coated and stainless steel brushed. Depths ranging from 6” to 24” and widths from 12” up to 72”.
Note – These same hanger brackets are universal and can be used with our bench and table systems.
